Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.

Return Exceptions
Commissioned or custom “made-to-order” items such as custom embroidery or any type of custom design on a holster can not be returned. We do want you to be satisfied with your order and do not expect you to pay for a damaged product. If this is the case with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Shipping and Costs
We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 days from receipt of shipment (exclusive of handling and shipping charges).  

If the original packaging or box is damaged, the return will be subject to a repackaging fee of $5. If for any reason the returned item is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Processing Time
When sending a package back please allow for time in transit to us for processing.  Once the return is delivered to ARMED Lady it can take up to 7-10 business days for our returns department to process the return and issue the refund or place the exchange order. We will contact you by email as soon as your returned item is processed.

Refunds
If you request a refund, a confirmation of the refund will be emailed to you. We issue refunds immediately, but it may take your financial institution 2-3 days to post the funds to your account. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, a copy of your new order will be emailed to you. If the exchange item is not currently in stock, that item will be placed on order and shipped as soon as we receive it from the vendor. We cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.

Defective Items
If you believe the product you received could be defective, please contact our Customer Service department before returning the item. Once the item has been examined by our product experts, we will determine if we are able to make a replacement order or issue a refund. While we are unable to guarantee an outcome, we will do our best to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.

Embroidered Items
Custom embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have customized or altered your items yourself, these are also not accepted for return or exchange.

Customized Holsters
Custom made holsters that are commissioned by you and are personalized for you may not be returned or exchanged.  We strongly suggest that you be sure of the design,make and model before you order.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please email our customer service department at:  customerservice@armedlady.com   Please include the order number from the packing slip that was included along with the address where you would like any exchanges to be sent.

Returning a Central Market Item
All Central Market items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. These returns will be shipped back directly to the Central Market seller. Please contact our Customer Service representative to set up your return. If you would prefer to ship the item back on your own, please email us your tracking number so that we can make sure your return is handled in a timely manner.
